Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about booking, documentation, and working with Uni-Ship as your Philippine shipping agent.

General

Working with Uni-Ship

As a shipping agency, Uni-Ship represents international carriers in the Philippines — handling vessel husbanding, port coordination, documentation, and commercial representation on behalf of the principals we serve, so they don't need a local office.

Uni-Ship is the current appointed Philippine agent for Matson Navigation Company. We previously represented Sinotrans Container Lines (2005–2025), Cho Yang Lines (1995–2007), and Dongnama Lines (1995–2008).

Our office is on the 3rd Floor of the ECJ Building, Real St., Intramuros, Manila, Philippines.

Our operations and documentation teams typically respond to booking and status inquiries within one business day.
